2 vs 4 dimm slots

Hey TSG Dwellers, I'm putting together a new i5 system: MSI P67A-C45 i5 2500k G.skill RipjawsX DDR3 1600 2x2gb I fear my heatsink, Corsair A50, is going to clash with my RAM by about 1mm.
